Gluten Free Self Saucing Choc Pudding

Ingredients:

125 g butter

1 cup caster sugar

2 eggs

2 Tablespoon Cocoa

3/4 cup milk
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs and beat well for 4-5 minutes
- Add Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
- Add Cocoa and mix well
- Add milk and mix well
- Grease a deep baking dish with butter
- Add mixture to baking dish
- Add 1 dessert spoon of cocoa to 1.25 cups of boiling water and stir
- Pour over pudding mix
- Bake at 180c for 40 minutes
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
