Kale Chips
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ C Kale
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbl Spn Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Waltanna Foods Golden Rolled Flaxseed
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160°C convection/150°C fan forced
- Roughly chop kale into similar size pieces (ie 2 X 1cm)
- Toss kale with olive oil, salt and flaxseeds.
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes until crispy
