Golden Seed Snap Bar
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 8 (2 bars cut in quarters)
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Waltanna Foods Golden Rolled Flaxseeds
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbl spn honey
- pinch of cinnamon
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Grease silicone mold with olive oil or coconut oil.
- Add honey, salt and cinnamon to small pot, heat on low and mix with a spatula
- Add seeds and mix everything until flaxseeds are evenly coated.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Leave in mold for 30 minutes to cool.
- Once cool, pop out of the mold.
- Cut into quarters and add as a healthy lunch box snack.
