Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 packet Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Muffin Mix
- 1 Egg
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup of milk
Method:
- Add contents of Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Muffin Mix to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the milk, oil and egg. Combine well and stand mixture aside while pre heating oven.
- Place 12 patty pans into a muffin tray.
- Bake at 170°C (180°C fan-forced) for 25 minutes or until golden on top. Insert a skewer, if it comes out dry muffins are cooked.
- Once baked, remove from pan to cool.
