Gluten Free Muffin Dessert

Ingredients:
- 1 packet Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Muffin Mix
- 1 Egg
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup of milk
Method:
- Add contents of Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Muffin Mix to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the milk, oil and egg. Combine well.
- Pour into a greased or lined cake tin.
- Bake at 170°C (180°C fan-forced) for 25-30 minutes.
- Once baked, remove from pan to cool.
- Decorate as desired.
