Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Butter Biscuit Mix is an easy to make, morish snack for the whole family. Developed using ingredients grown at Waltanna Farms. Each bag makes approximately 20-40 biscuits depending on size.
Ingredients: Sugar, Buckwheat Flour, Waltanna Foods Chickpea Flour, Corn Starch, Waltanna Foods Golden Rolled Flaxseed, Waltanna Foods Golden Flaxseed Flour
Additonal ingredients required:
- 185 g butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- Optional: Sprinkle of corn starch (to prevent dough sticking to bench)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160.C fan forced (180.c conventional)
- Melt butter
- Hand mix the butter into the Waltanna Foods Gluten Free dry (add water as required)
- Roll out biscuit mix and cut into shapes (Tip: lightly flour bench with corn starch to prevent biscuit dough sticking).
- Arrange on a lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes *baking times may vary depending on appliance. Adjust accordingly. Store in an air tight container.
