Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Brownie Mix is an easy to make, great tasting snack or dessert. Developed using ingredients grown at Waltanna Farms.
Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Powder (11%), Waltanna Foods Chickpea Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Corn Starch, Faba Bean Protein, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Waltanna Foods Golden Flaxseed Meal, Raising Agent (Baking Soda.
Additonal ingredients required:
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspsoons of milk (or water)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 80g of butter
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160c (fan forced)
- Grease (or line with baking paper) a 20cm x 20 cm baking pan
- Whisk eggs, oil, milk and melted butter in a large mixing bowl
- Add in Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Brownie Mix
- Combine all ingredients well
- Pour into prepared baking pan and spread evenly to corners
- Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes (Baking times may vary depending on applicance and/or a smaller baking tray size. Adjust accordingly.)
- Store in an air tight container. Cooked brownie may be frozen for up to 3 months.
