Gluten Free Dumplings

Waltanna Farms Gluten Free Plain Flour (100g per serve)

1/3 cup Water
Method:
- In a bowl, benchtop or mixer, combine ingredients.
- Dust benchtop with flour and knead until fully combined and smooth.
- Roll out until approximately 1mm thick.
- Use a circle cutter or glass to cut wrappers for dumplings.
- With water brush the outside edges of the wrappers. Put 1 teaspoon of dumpling filling (see filling option below) into middle of the wrapper and fold over and gently seal (removing as much air as possible).
- Steam dumplings for around 5 minutes
Filling:
- 500 g Chicken Mince
- Chilli to taste
- Half yellow capsicum
- Half red capsicum
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3cm ginger knob
- 2 stalks lemongrass lemon grass
- 1 onion
- 100 g Coriander
Dipping sauce suggestions:
- Soy, garlic
- Soy, garlic, chilli
- Soy, garlic, honey
- Plum sauce
